Ikram Kurbanov, a 19-year-old Tajik youth, invented an automatic circuit that drivers can turn on at the touch of a button without getting out of their car on their way to Badakhshan, Khujand Lakhsh and other mountainous areas in winter, and this automatic circuit surrounds the wheel.
